NMAT (T) 2008 Eligibility / Selection Procedure

Eligibility (for 1 &2): 10+2 (Science or Vocational Science) with Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) and English as subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates awaiting results may also apply.

Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management & Engineering

1) MBA (Technology): The 5th Batch of MBA (Technology). A full time Five-year integrated program aimed at creating Technology managers to face challenges in the industry.

Technology areas offered:

  1. I.T, Chemical, Telecom and Manufacturing at Mumbai campus
  2. I.T, Telecom and Computers at Shirpur campus

2) B.Tech: A four-year full time program in Engineering to cater to the needs of Industry, to meet challenges in the area of design, development, operations and application of products and services.

Areas offered: I.T., Electronics, Computers and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering at both campuses.

Selection Procedure: Based on the performance in NMAT (T) 2008 scheduled to be held on 4th May 2008 and subsequent evaluation of short-listed candidates.

Written Test Centres: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Kota, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Surat.

Subsequent Evaluation Process: Only at Mumbai

Prospectus and application form: All candidates who wish to apply for the above programs should first apply online. Along with the acknowledgment slip, the candidates should send a DD of Rs. 1,600/- (nonrefundable, inclusive of courier charges) favouring SVKM's NM1MS payable at Mumbai with self addressed cloth envelope of size 10"x 13". The prospectus kit will then be couriered to the candidates.

Note: If a candidate applies for both the schools, he/she should send a DD of Rs. 3,200/-.
